Bill Wilkerson is the senior pastor here at Faith Christian Center, taking over in March 2014 for founding pastor Paul Septer. Bill and His wife Charity met while attending Victory Bible College in Tulsa, Oklahoma studying in the school of worship program. Worship has always been a passion for them having each grown up with parents who led worship. After graduation they served as worship pastors for five years in the Tulsa area.

Bill and Charity were married here at FCC in June 2004 and afterwards headed back to Oklahoma where they made their home in the Tulsa area. While living in Oklahoma they enjoyed being involved in their church community, serving on worship teams, helping with youth groups, audio visual teams, and children's ministry.

The couple moved back to Charity's home state of Iowa in 2013. Along with pastoring the church Bill works for a local manufacturing company while Charity is a stay at home mom taking care of the couples' two children. She also handles the secretarial work at the church, as well as helping with the children's ministry and serving on the worship team.
